Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit with telemetry.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures.
