Responsibilities

• Provide patient care: On the oncology floor, manage a patient ratio of 1:6 or 1:7, with experience in higher ratios preferred.
• Administer clinical procedures: Administer telemetry monitoring, IV starts, and other clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team: Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information: Document patient information accurately in Cerner and Soarian EMR systems.
• Follow hospital protocols: Follow hospital protocols, including block scheduling and minimal RTO requirements.
