Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive MedSurg nursing care on the oncology floor, following hospital protocols.

• Monitor patients' telemetry, IV starts, and manage high patient ratios of 1:6 or 1:7.

• Ensure accurate documentation using Cerner and Soarian EMR systems.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

• Maintain required certifications, including BLS, and adhere to block scheduling preferences.
