Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Manager for a local contract nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses to ensure quality patient care
- Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia
- Minimum 3 years of nursing management experience
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
