Local Contract Nurse RN - Long Term Care - $42-50 per hour
About the role
LTC/SNF facility in South Dakota is in need of a LPN with a minimum of 2 years experience working in LTC facilities. Must be licensed in the state of South Dakota and have a current AHA BLS.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patients’ needs and document observations accurately.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of South Dakota.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in long term care facilities.
