About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN for Long Term Acute Care in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kansas.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Long Term Acute Care preferred.

- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Pass a physical examination.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, 36 hours per week, with a duration of 13 weeks.
