Local Contract Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $55-58 per hour

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a local contract Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a hospital assignment in Sidney, Ohio.

About the role

This 13-week local contract offers 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift (19:00 – 07:00). The position is open to both local candidates and travelers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care to mothers during active labor and postpartum.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, ensuring patient safety.
• Assist with procedures such as epidurals, fetal assessments, and postpartum care.
• Educate new mothers on breastfeeding, infant care, and postpartum recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Pay

$55.45 – $58.22 per hour.
