Responsibilities

• Circulate as a Labor and Delivery RN, overseeing patient care during childbirth.
• Aid in triage and utilize key skills like FHM and charge responsibilities to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain certification standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of experience as a RN.
• Qualified applicants MUST have high risk L&D experience.
• Must have C-EFM through NCC, ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications.
• Valid RN license.
• Willing to obtain Maryland state licensure.
• Call required – 36 hrs in 6 weeks or 12 hrs per pay-period (must be on premises within 45 mins of receiving call).
• Every other weekend required.
• Every other holiday required.
• Float required within skillset – Mom/Baby, postpartum, etc.

Preferred Skills

• Circulate, FHM, preceptor and/or charge experience.
• Triage experience.
