About the role
The role is for a local contract nurse RN Interventional Radiology in Leonardtown, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Maryland.
- Experience in interventional radiology preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Pass a background check.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating equipment used in interventional radiology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
