Local Contract Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $59 per hour

Unit Info: 27 beds; approximate staff of 60, with core staffing of 4 RNs (or 3 RNs and a medic), 1 EMT, 1 EMT or secretary; max staffing of 7 RNs and 1 medic (or 6 RNs and 2 medics), 3 EMTs, 1 secretary; patient ratio 4:1 with a charge nurse; equipment appropriate for a Level II trauma ED, certified chest pain center, thrombectomy‑capable stroke center; EMR: Meditech (DOS platform).

Requirements

• Minimum 1‑year current ED hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC and ENPC
• PALS will be accepted in lieu of ENPC
• CPI Blue card

Schedule

36 hours per week; 12‑hour night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.); rotating weekends.
