Local Contract Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $53-56 per hour

About the role

The role is for a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit in Boone, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an ICU setting.
• Assess and document patient conditions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Experience in ICU preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• ACLS certification preferred.

Skills

• ICU-specific knowledge and skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
