Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in an ICU setting
- Assess, diagnose, and manage complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- Experience in ICU preferred
- Knowledge of critical care nursing practices and protocols
