Responsibilities: Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ED environment. Administer treatments, medications, and interventions based on patient needs and diagnoses. Monitor patient status, perform assessments, and document care accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Assist with patient flow during high-volume shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. Float within the ED facilities and sister hospitals as needed. Follow all safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI, NRP, and TNCC competencies. Participate in rotating night/evening shifts, including on-call shifts as scheduled.
