About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a talented healthcare professional for a local contract nursing position in the Emergency Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in the ED setting
- Work 12-hour night shifts
- Float amongst other WellStar campuses in the area when census is low at the home facility (within 20-30 minutes)
- Coordinate schedule with facility after assignment begins (block scheduling not approved)
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Required certifications for position (must provide copies)
- Driver's license address must be more than 50 miles from the facility address
- Covid-19 vaccination required for WellStar Kennestone location only
- Must provide: pics of required certs, resume/P3, license (nursys accepted for RNs), driver's license, social security card, and Covid-19 vaccine card
Additional submission requirements
- Traveler must accept auto offers only
- All RTO must be submitted upfront—additional requests will not be approved after submission
- Traveler must float if offered; rejecting float means no guaranteed hours and possible cancellation
- Block schedules cannot be requested or required
- 8 or 13 week contracts available—please specify preference upon submission
