Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Maysville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients
- Perform triage and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment in medical records
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky
- Experience in emergency department setting preferred
- Knowledge of emergency room protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Current CPR certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
