Local Contract Nurse RN - CVOR - $70 per hour

About the role

TRI is seeking a local contract nurse RN CVOR for a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week position starting on August 3, 2026. The shift is 12 hours, days.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients requiring Cardiovascular and Vascular Surgery services.
• Assist with complex surgical procedures under the supervision of a CVOR certified surgeon.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during and after surgery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• At least 2 years of acute care nursing experience, with at least one year in this discipline.
• Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy.
• American Heart Association - CPR-Basic Life Support certification.
• Other credentialing items as specified by the recruiter.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy.
• Must meet all certification requirements for each nursing specialty supported.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular and vascular surgery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
