Requirements

• MD RN license
• BLS certification
• CPI certification
• ACLS certification required
• NIH, OCN, and TCNN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to post-op cardiac surgery patients, including CABG, MVR, AVR, and structural heart procedures
• Manage patients on active inotropic medications, hemodynamic monitoring, and support for extreme coagulopathy
• Respond to cardiac emergencies such as STEMI/NSTEMI and cardiogenic shock
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt to rotating night/mid shifts, with potential for on-call and weekend coverage as scheduled
