Local Contract NICU RN - $59 per hour

About the role

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a local contract nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for newborns needing close monitoring due to premature birth, defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy.
• Care for the newborn under the direction of a physician.
• Help educate parents about their newborn's condition and care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Oklahoma.
• Experience in NICU preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including 12-hour shifts, nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of neonatal care practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
