About the role
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a local contract nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for newborns needing close monitoring due to premature birth, defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy.
- Care for the newborn under the direction of a physician.
- Help educate parents about their newborn's condition and care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts, nights.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Pass a background check.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
