About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Onancock, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Work 48 hours per week on a 12-hour shift schedule, nights
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Completion of an approved BLS course
