Local Contract MS/Tele RN - $34-40 per hour

About the role

Hospital in Winston Salem is in need of Tele/Med Surg RNs. Compact license and BLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with medical/surgical protocols
• Assess patients’ conditions and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare provider
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• BLS certification
• Experience in Med Surg or Telemetry preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Passing score on NCLEX-RN
