Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Post Partum for a local contract nursing job in Spokane, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to post-partum patients in the Mother Baby Unit
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Perform routine patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Fetal heart monitoring skills

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington state
• Passing scores on relevant national certification exams

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of post-partum care and neonatal care
