About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Camden, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Current RN license in NJ
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
- Previous local contract nursing experience
- Passing scores on relevant certifications (if required)
