Local Contract Medical/Surgical RN - $46-50 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within the state of Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
