Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Florence, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Current RN license in South Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• One year of recent relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
