Local Contract Medical ICU Registered Nurse - $41-48 per hour

About the role

We are seeking a local contract nurse RN for a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) position in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in an intensive care setting
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in medical intensive care unit preferred
• Knowledge of critical care medications and equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
