About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and interactions accurately
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
