About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Lexington, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements
- Current RN license in Kentucky
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts will be 12 hours long, 36 hours per week, starting October 19, 2026.
