Local Contract LTC/SNF Registered Nurse - $35-41 per hour

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a local contract nursing job in Luverne, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures.
• Perform daily assessments and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour days and nights.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems and documentation software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
