Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Albany, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist with the delivery of babies and monitor the health of both mother and baby.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical staff.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
