About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Assist physicians during childbirth and postpartum care.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as necessary.
- Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN).
- Current California RN license.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records.
