About the role
A hospital in Massachusetts is in need of a Labor and Delivery RN to work a 13 week travel assignment. The L&D nurse will be working 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in labor and delivery.
- Assist physicians during childbirth and monitor fetal and maternal health.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and treatment in medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
