Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a local contract nursing job in Hickory, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and manage postpartum patient care.
• Monitor patients for signs of complications and ensure timely interventions.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of postpartum care practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour days.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
