Local Contract Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $73-86 per hour
About the role
Hospital in Sacramento CA seeks L&D RN to work 13 week nights contract. RN should have BLS, ACLS, NRP, CA license and experience with EPIC charting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting
- Assist with deliveries using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Monitor mother and baby's vital signs and overall condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, CA license required
- Experience with EPIC charting preferred
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Experience in labor and delivery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EPIC charting software
