Local Contract Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $68-80 per hour
About the role
Hospital in Riverside, CA in need of L&D RNs for a travel assignment. Must have BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWONN EFM, 2 years of recent L&D experience, and active state license.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Assist physicians during labor and delivery, including monitoring fetal heart tones and managing interventions as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Document patient progress and treatment in medical records accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWONN EFM certifications required.
- Two years of recent L&D experience.
- Active state license.
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications
Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current active state license.
