Job Responsibilities

• Instructs patients in preparing for tests that require fasting, Answer questions about testing
• Maintain equipment and investigate problems with equipment
• Perform a variety of routine and standardized tests using standard techniques and equipment
• Prepare specimens, resolve specimen problems, and perform analytical tests. Label and store specimens.
• Record results of tests and maintain records.
