Local Contract Labor and Delivery Nurse - $49-58 per hour

About the role

Labor and Delivery RN position available in a 148-bed hospital in Northern California near Humboldt.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Perform routine assessments and monitor fetal and maternal health.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current California RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Passport required for international travel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
