About the role

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse (RN) specializing in LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a position in Goldsboro, North Carolina. This role involves caring for women during labor and childbirth, monitoring both the baby and the mother, coaching mothers, assisting doctors, and helping patients with breastfeeding after delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the baby and mother during labor and childbirth
• Coach mothers through the stages of giving birth
• Assist doctors during delivery
• Prepare women and their families for childbirth
• Support patients with breastfeeding after the baby is born

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 48 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Includes:

• $600 travel bonus
• Extra hour bonus: additional hourly bonus for working over contracted weekly hours
• Guaranteed stipend if facility calls you off (tax-free stipend amount to be determined)
