About the role
Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma is seeking a Labor and Delivery (L&D) travel nurse for a 13-week assignment. Shifts are 12 hours, nights, and 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
