Local Contract Interventional Radiology Technologist - $41-48 per hour

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week position in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Shifts are 12 hours, days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
• Operate equipment and perform imaging techniques as directed.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in a related healthcare field preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
