About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to interventional radiologists during procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient preparation and positioning
- Operate imaging equipment and monitor patient vitals
- Collaborate with interventional radiologists to ensure accurate procedure execution
- Ensure sterile field maintenance and adherence to infection control protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control
