Assured Nursing is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting immediately in Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients with various physical conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using medical software for documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
