About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Perform assessments and treatments as per medical protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Alabama.
- Experience in MICU preferred but not required.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, days.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
