Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in California

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience (within the last 3 years)
  • Proficiency in ICU skills, including ventilator management, titration of vasoactive medications, and care of patients with complex medical conditions
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a changing schedule
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Epic or other electronic health record (EHR) systems
