About the Role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU) for patients suffering from severe brain injuries, stroke, or brain tumors.
• Care for post-operative patients following neurosurgical procedures.
• Interface between the brain and other vital organ systems for neurologically complex patients.
• Work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts (days or nights) for a 13-week duration.

Requirements

• Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
• Discipline: RN
• Must have Neuro ICU experience (candidates without this experience will not be considered).

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment in critical care settings.
• Expertise in post-operative neurosurgical care.
• Ability to manage complex neurological patients with multisystem involvement.
