About the role
We are seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, Florida. This position offers 36 hours per week, with shifts of 12 hours, nights.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in an ICU setting
- Assess and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in ICU preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights
- Passing scores on relevant drug tests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
