Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Hospice Palliative Care RN for a position in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. This role involves providing comfort, pain management, and emotional support to patients and their families in hospice facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or patients' homes. Responsibilities include assessing patients' conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Additionally, the role involves educating and counseling patients and families on end-of-life care, grief, and related topics.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and manage pain relief.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families about end-of-life care, grief, and loss.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their family members.
Schedule

- Duration: 13 weeks
- 35 hours per week
- Shift: 7 hours, days
Pay
Pay package is based on 7-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Additional financial incentives include:
- $600 travel bonus
- Extra hour bonus for working over contracted weekly hours
- Guaranteed stipend if facility calls you off
