Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week, 40-hour per week, 8-hour shift (days) position in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and manage pain
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
