Local Contract Home Health Physical Therapist - $57 per hour

About the role

A physical therapist is needed to provide therapy services at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing quality care to patients in their homes.
