Local Contract ER RN - $49-58 per hour

About the role

Southern Maryland hospital in/near Baltimore is looking for a travel nurse to work in their ER.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department (ED)
• Provide care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals
• Perform duties as assigned by the shift supervisor
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• A valid RN license from the State of Maryland or a compact state
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology and procedures
